Giorgina joined the IBG team in 2013. She came to us from the banking and financing industry. Getting her hands dirty, freezing in -30 weather at 3 am was not in the job description when she joined the IBG team. G, as she is referred to, has multiple years of experience now in this industry and is an integral part of our team. 

John has been in the snow management field for over 30 years as a snow contractor and consultant. He is an “expert witness” and has been used in countless legal issues from slip and falls due to snow and Ice. He has worked with towns and cities throughout the United States, Canada, and Eastern Europe.

Paul comes to us with 4 years of manufacturing experience. He is responsible for our Cannon Falls, MN terminal. He oversees all railcar loads, product mixing, and truck loading.
